INCLUSION STRATEGY
As the demographics continue to change, it is critical that workplaces cultivate an inclusive culture so that all talent can perform at their best. When an individual or group is not of the dominant majority, they have less access to informal networks mentors and sometimes, opportunities. It is not as if the majority is deliberately being exclusive, it is human nature to prefer similarities. This inclination can be managed within an organization.
